Memory Tiles TV operates locally on your television. The application persists only the following local data on your device using Android DataStore Preferences:

Game Progression: Highest level unlocked (out of 500 levels), completed levels, star ratings (1 to 3 stars), and unlocked visual collections.
Gameplay Statistics: Pairs matched, total moves taken, best completion times, and longest match combos.
Achievements: Status and timestamps of unlocked achievements.
User Settings: Audio toggle states (sound effects and background music volume), reduced motion settings, and card flip speed preferences.

All of the above information is stored strictly within your television's local app storage sandbox and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

3. Permissions

Memory Tiles TV requires minimal permissions to operate on Android TV:

No Dangerous Permissions: We do not request access to Camera, Microphone, Contacts, Phone, SMS, Precise Location, or External Storage.
Leanback Hardware: The app is built specifically for D-pad remote controllers and does not require touchscreen hardware.

4. Children’s Privacy

Memory Tiles TV is designed for players of all ages, including children, teenagers, and families. Because the application does not collect personal data, it complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and international child data protection frameworks.

5. Advertising & Monetization

Memory Tiles TV does not include intrusive mobile ads or ads that disrupt gameplay. Any future advertising integration strictly complies with Google Play Android TV Developer Guidelines and will never interrupt active card matching sessions.
