Gloopi Puzzle works without an account. The released app uses Google AdMob advertising, which can process device and advertising information when connected to the internet as explained below.
1. Who is responsible for this app?
Nroid Pixelverse develops Gloopi Puzzle (Android package com.ndroid.gloopi.puzzle.game). For privacy questions, requests or support, email nroiddeveloper@gmail.com.
2. Information stored by the game
The game stores puzzle completions, best times, unlocked puzzles, an unfinished puzzle, coins, power-up inventory, daily reward history, advertising counters and preferences such as sound, music and haptics in the app's local storage. These records let you resume play, retain rewards and keep your settings.
We do not run an account system or a server that receives your saved puzzle progress. The app does not ask you to submit a name, phone number, address or payment information to play. It does not request camera, microphone, contacts, personal-photo reading or precise-location access. Saving bundled artwork may require storage-write permission on Android 9 and earlier; setting artwork as wallpaper uses Android’s wallpaper permission.
Android may back up and restore app data if device backup is enabled. Backup handling and deletion depend on your device settings and backup provider.
3. Google AdMob advertising
The app uses Google Mobile Ads for banner and interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads. Google Mobile Ads can process data as described in Google’s SDK disclosures. Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses (including an approximate location estimate), ad identifiers, app and ad interactions, and performance or diagnostic information. These help deliver and measure ads, understand performance and prevent fraud. Google states that its SDK encrypts transmitted data using TLS.
Ads can be personalized or limited depending on your choices, region and available consent settings. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google Mobile Ads data disclosures for Google's practices.
4. Consent and advertising choices
The app requests consent information through Google’s User Messaging Platform and displays a consent form when that service requires one. When available, open Settings → Privacy Options to review your advertising choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID through Android's advertising privacy controls.
The puzzle pictures are bundled with the app, so gameplay does not require internet access. Advertising and rewarded videos need a connection; some advertising controls depend on the device and region.
5. Saving, sharing and wallpaper
When you choose these actions, the app can save its bundled puzzle artwork to your device, send the selected artwork and app link to an app you choose through Android’s share sheet, or set the selected artwork as your wallpaper. The app does not upload your artwork or game progress to a developer-operated server. Services you choose for sharing may receive the image, text and information handled by their own policies. Saved images remain in your device gallery until you delete them, even if you uninstall the game.
6. Support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer your question, investigate an issue or handle your request. Email is also processed by the email service providers involved in delivery. Avoid including information that is not needed for your request.
7. Sharing and external services
Advertising information is handled by Google and its advertising partners as described above. We do not upload your saved puzzle progress to a developer-operated database. Support information may be handled by our email provider and disclosed when necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements.
Links to Google Play, this policy and third-party websites open external services. Those services apply their own privacy policies. This policy page contains no analytics scripts, tracking pixels or embedded advertisements.
8. Retention and deletion
Local game data remains until you clear the app's storage or remove the app, subject to device backup and restore settings. Settings → Reset puzzle progress removes puzzle completions, best times, unlocks and the unfinished puzzle; coins and power-ups are retained. To remove all local records, use Android's app-storage controls. Device backups must be managed separately.
We retain support correspondence only for as long as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Email us to request deletion of support information we control. Google's retention and deletion practices apply to its advertising data; use Google's privacy controls for that data. There is no in-app account to delete.
9. Security
Local records use the app's storage area on the device. Keep your device and its access controls secure. Google states that data transmitted by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Children and parents
The game does not ask players to provide their age or personal details. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information to us in a support message, contact us so we can investigate and remove information within our control. Parents and guardians can manage device controls. Advertising handling depends on the build configuration and Google’s services. The app does not use a developer-operated account or chat service to collect children’s personal information.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when app features or data practices change. The updated policy will be posted at this address with a revised date. For questions or requests, contact Nroid Pixelverse at nroiddeveloper@gmail.com.
