Boltix Puzzle: Robot Jigsaw
Privacy Policy · Nroid Pixelverse
About this policy
This policy explains how Nroid Pixelverse handles information when you use Boltix Puzzle: Robot Jigsaw (Android package com.ndroid.boltix.puzzle.game). Effective date: 5 October 2026. Contact us at nroiddeveloper@gmail.com.
Game information stored on your device
Puzzle progress, saved games, settings, coins, power-ups and reward history are stored on your device to provide and restore gameplay. The app does not require an account, and we do not operate a server that receives your puzzle progress. Android backup or device-transfer services may preserve local app data according to your device settings and those services’ policies.
Advertising and consent
The app includes Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) for banner, interstitial and optional rewarded advertising, and Google’s User Messaging Platform for consent where applicable. Advertising services operate when ads are enabled in the distributed build and a network connection is available. Gameplay itself works offline. These services may collect and share your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), advertising/device identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic/performance information. Google processes this technical information for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Personalized advertising depends on applicable consent and settings. Choosing non-personalized ads does not necessarily stop all technical data processing.
Other information you provide
If you email us for support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond to your request. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless needed to explain the issue. The app does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone or precise device location.
Third parties and sharing
Advertising information is handled by Google and its advertising services under their policies. We do not sell your support emails or locally stored puzzle progress. We may disclose support correspondence when required by law or necessary to address abuse or protect rights. Review Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s advertising information. External links open services governed by their own policies.
Your choices and deletion
You can use Android Settings to reset or delete your advertising identifier where supported. When required by Google, the app displays Privacy Options in Settings so you can review consent choices. You can reset puzzle progress in the game’s Settings. To remove all local app data, use Android Settings → Apps → Boltix Puzzle: Robot Jigsaw → Storage → Clear storage; this also removes saved progress. Uninstalling removes local data, although device backups may remain under your backup provider’s controls. Email us to request deletion of support correspondence. We cannot directly delete data held independently by Google; use Google’s privacy controls or contact Google.
Retention and security
Local game data remains until reset, cleared or removed, subject to backup settings. Support correspondence is kept only as reasonably needed to resolve requests and meet applicable obligations. Google determines retention for its own services. We use reasonable safeguards for support information; no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Google states that advertising SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS.
Children’s privacy
We do not ask players to submit their age or knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact nroiddeveloper@gmail.com so we can review and remove it as appropriate. Advertising and consent features may process technical information as described above; parents and guardians should review device privacy settings and Google’s privacy controls.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. For questions or privacy requests, contact Nroid Pixelverse at nroiddeveloper@gmail.com.
